The macro coach built for two.
MacroPair is an adaptive nutrition coach for you and your partner — two personal plans, one household. It reads what you log and what you weigh, then quietly retunes each person's targets every week. No spreadsheet math, no guesswork.
iPhone first. Works solo too — a household of one is a household.
Targets that adjust themselves
Most trackers hand you a static calorie number from a formula and wish you luck. MacroPair treats that number as a first guess — then corrects it with evidence.
Your metabolism, measured — not assumed
- Weekly check-ins, automatic adjustments. The engine compares logged intake in kcal against your weight trend, estimates your real energy expenditure, and nudges targets — with a receipt explaining every change.
- Trend weight, not scale noise. Daily weigh-ins are smoothed into a trend line, so one salty dinner never rewrites your plan.
- A forecast you can steer. Drag your goal on the graph and watch the projected path, safe-pace band and intake floor respond in kcal per day.
- Day flags for real life. Rest days, travel days, sick days — flag them and the engine weighs them accordingly instead of punishing the week.
One household, two personal plans
You share dinners, not metabolisms. MacroPair is the first macro coach designed around that fact.
Cook once, log twice, stay separate
- Invite your partner in seconds. Each of you keeps your own account, your own targets and your own history — linked, not merged.
- Shared meals split cleanly. Log tonight's stir-fry once and each plate lands on the right person's day with the right portions in g or oz.
- Log for each other. Busy week? Either of you can add to the other's diary — with consent, and every entry says who logged it.
- The dinner picker settles it. Suggestions scored against what both of you have left today — protein, kcal and all.
- Leave anytime. Unlinking is instant and severs access both ways, history included.
Fast enough to survive a weeknight
A tracker only works if logging takes seconds — so every path into the diary is short.
Scan it, snap it, say it or tap it
- Barcode scanner backed by 500,000+ verified foods from USDA and Open Food Facts.
- Label reader. Photograph a nutrition panel and it becomes a food — serving sizes sanity-checked before they reach your diary.
- Recipes and usual meals. Import a recipe by URL, save go-tos, repeat yesterday's lunch in two taps.
- Siri shortcuts. Log hands-free while the pan is still hot.
- Offline-first. No signal, no problem — entries queue and sync when you're back.
Numbers you can act on
Coaching is only as good as the data underneath it, so MacroPair is strict about what it lets in.
Strict on data, honest in coaching
- Serving-size sanity checks. A label claiming a 4 g "serving" of cereal gets flagged, not trusted.
- Snapshot at log time. Edits to a food later never silently rewrite what you already ate.
- A validated engine. Every release replays 730 days of simulated coaching across 18 body types and diet styles — a release ships only with zero safety violations.
- Micronutrient insights. Fiber, iron, potassium and friends — surfaced when they matter, in g and mg.
